Tyler Richardson discusses how easy it is to let other people's "craziness"... make us crazy.
- We can't become rude/backbiting, just because someone is making a bad decision.
- When you talk about crazy people/organizations... you expand the influence of their voice... instead of letting yours be heard.
- When we get hurt... we can't allow that hurt to become a filter that we then communicate/decipher/interact through.
- People's behavior/personalities can become a crutch for us to make excuses for why it's okay to pick them apart, but we can't give in!
